Iclal Vanwesenbeeck is an associate professor of literature at SUNY Fredonia and a translator. Her most recent translations are Robert Greene’s Selimus and 2014 National Book Award winner Phil Klay’s story “Bodies” into Turkish. She teaches summer courses in Iceland and is currently on a Fulbright grant in Albania.
