Poem in Your Pocket Day

National Poem in Your Pocket Day is every year on April 18th. During National Poetry Month, select a poem you love and carry it with you. You can also share your poem selection on Twitter by using the hashtag #pocketpoem.

World Literature Today joins in the celebration by providing a new printable PDF download of a poem that's been published in the pages of WLT or on the WLT website, and this year you can print “Words” by Dana Gioia. The printable download below also comes paired with the Spanish translation by José Emilio Pacheco.
