Throughout the month of April 2022, World Literature Today is asking for your help to further its mission: to serve readers everywhere with spot-on, timely coverage of what is happening in the world of literature and culture. We know that when you read WLT or the book we will be giving to students, schools, and libraries, you will become an instant convert and will want WLT by your side as a constant passport to the best of literature and culture everywhere.

  • For a $10 gift, you will receive a one-year subscription to the digital edition of World Literature Today magazine.
  • With your $25 donation, we will donate a copy of Dispatches from the Public of Letters, the 50th anniversary Neustadt Prize anthology, to a student, school library, or public library that you designate. This volume will introduce readers to the greatest writers in the world—so many of whom have been honored and celebrated by WLT and its Neustadt Prize program.
  • For a $50 gift, you will receive a copy of Dispatches along with one of two limited-edition broadside poems by Joy Harjo (current U.S. Poet Laureate) or Naomi Shihab Nye (the U.S. Young People’s Poet Laureate for 2019–2021 and the 2013 winner of the NSK Neustadt Prize for Children’s and Young Adult Literature, which WLT sponsors). WLT is working with OU’s School of Visual Arts to create the broadsides, one of which will feature Joy’s “Eagle Poem” in English, Spanish, and Arabic, while the other will feature Naomi’s “Jerusalem” poem in English, Arabic, and Hebrew.
  • With your $100 donation, you will receive a copy of Dispatches, both broadsides, and a one-year subscription to the print edition of the magazine.
